Application

Please fill in the school registration form by downloading the pdf file, filling it out and sending it to the following postal address:

Enclose a check in the amount of $350 per student with the application. All applications are due by September 1st.

To ensure quality instruction, we do our best to limit classes to 15 students. New registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and we strongly encourage our parents to register early.

Returning students have guaranteed spots for their continued education with a $50 non-refundable deposit submitted by July 15th. To keep our records up to date, we request that parents submit a new registration form each year.
